The newest addition to the LeMieux Pro-Sorb range.The three pocket half pad design offers even more options for adjusting and fine-tuning saddle fit. The central pocket enables more support to be applied to the ‘waist’ area of the saddle, especially where there is a problem with a dipped or sway back or a prominent spine that lacks adjoining muscle. The Pro-Sorb System offers a unique combination - all the benefits of a luxury Merino lambswool half-pad with the flexibility to adjust saddle fit and balance. No need to put additional gel and foam saddle & riser pads on top as a second layer. These can often slip and be hard to place accurately. The Pro-Sorb three-pocket pad gives you multiple choices in one product. All the shim insert pads can even be removed from their top-side pockets and the product returned to a conventional Lambskwool Half Pad if ever required. Closed-Cell foam pads slide easily into three pockets on the top side of the Lambswool Half Pad. These insert pads cover the main weight-bearing areas offering additional absorption and padding. The pads are made from a memory foam and soften when warm. Use as a raiser pad for the front or back of the saddle or for more support in the centre area. 9mm insert pads allow for more accurate adjustments. Flexibility to adjust to changing shape of horses or different saddles - especially if a number of horses share the same saddle. The neat low profile nature of the Pro-Sorb avoids distorting the fit of the saddle if just additional padding is required Natural breathability and wicking effect of lambswool together with the light foam pads ensures minimal heat & sweat build-up Full set of six insert pads included. Plus an additional set of six 9mm pads for further adjustment. Info & Care LeMieux Washing Instuctions Remove hair, dirt and dried sweat with a stiff brush. Advised to wash in a wash bag Machine wash at 30° on a cool/wool cycle or hand wash. Use Lemieux Wool Wash (available from Horse Health). Straighten/flatten cotton fabric after washing. Air dry away from heat source. Never tumble dry. Avoid using strong fabric conditioners. Please ensure the washing machine drum is large enough to safely accommodate the pad size. Please ensure all velcro is closed firmly prior to washing. Please remove all pad inserts prior to washing. Warning: In rare cases, dye from black wool items may leach from wool items giving a slight blue tint. Staining of grey coats can occur.
Deliveries Within Republic of Ireland - Are delivered Free Of Charge for orders over €80.00. There will be a €5.95 charge for orders under €80.00.
Certain Sale items may not be covered by free delivery. Also feed and other bulky or heavy items will incur a delivery surcharge. Items like whips, shovels, jumps and forks also incur an extra charge due to their size. Our couriers charge an extra fee for such items.
Due to Brexit we can no longer ship to the UK. We still ship to Northern Ireland as normal.
European charges range from €8.95 upwards depending the weight and size of your order.
International Orders - We export all over the world.
When you register on our website or enter your shipping address during the checkout process, your shipping charge will automatically be calculated for your order. As you add items to your shopping cart, delivery charges will be calculated automatically.
Product Out Of Stock - If a product is featured on our website, it does not mean the item is in stock. If any item is out of stock, we may send the items in stock and the balance will be sent at a later date with no extra cost for delivery. Your order will dispatch within 5 days subject to stock availability. Some orders will dispatch the same day based on stock levels. Deliveries in Ireland are normally delivered the next working day after dispatch and orders outside Ireland can take up to 14 working days for delivery. It is at Orchard Equestrians discretion to send back-orders. Just because a product is featured on our website does not mean it is in stock at all times. Sometimes our suppliers can be out of stock of certain products and there can be delays in getting your order dispatched which is out of our control. We are dedicated to the best customer service possible. While we endeavour to keep good stock levels at all times, inevitably from time to time we will be unable to supply a particular item immediately and it can take longer than normal to get to you.

We will ring you when your order is ready for collection. Please don't call to collect your order unless we have contacted you first. Please note that items in stock on the website may not be in stock in the store as some items are Drop Shipped from our suppliers.
Returns - We will give an exchange or refund if goods are returned unused, are not damaged, in their original packaging within 14 days. You must contact us first to authorise a return. We will not accept items returned unless you contact us first. The cost to return the item is payable by the customer and any replacement sent will have our normal delivery charges applied. This does not contravene your consumer rights. All damages or wrong orders must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Returns Form can be downloaded here.
When you shop online with Orchard Equestrian you have the right to a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days where you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to us. You do not have to give any reason but bear in mind you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they left our warehouse. We will not offer refunds after the 14 days have elapsed.
Goods which are made to your specifications or which are clearly personalised cannot be returned.
Items are returned at the customer's own expense and it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage and/or insurance for the items posted, as Orchard Equestrian cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
