Using a variety of ingredients, Omega Equine has developed Omega ZenCalm, a revolutionary supplement which aims to help horses and ponies stay relaxed and level-headed. Thanks to carefully curated ingredients, this supplement tackles nervousness, stress and anxiety without hindering performance.
Omega ZenCalm has been developed using a selection of natural ingredients known to support behaviour, mood and stress;
- Brewers yeast tackles stress by supporting the digestive and nervous systems. Full of amino acids, it maintains healthy gut flora and digestion, which is linked to a balanced state of mind. It is also packed with complex B vitamins and minerals, the combination of which is known to support the nervous system and balance behaviours associated with stress, anxiety and mareishness
- Magnesium is widely known as the ‘anti-stress mineral’. It quickly depletes during exercise or stressful situations, and can lead to overly excitable behaviour and lowered concentration. At correct levels, it is linked to a balanced release of adrenaline and harmonising difficult behaviour, aiding a more relaxed, lower-stress approach to work
- Liquorice powder and garlic are incredibly supportive ingredients for maintaining the digestive system. Both can create a healthy balance of good bacteria in the gut and gastrointestinal tract. Garlic in particular is a powerful prebiotic, rich in a non-digestible carbohydrate called inulin, which feeds good bacteria. A healthily functioning digestive system is closely-linked to a balanced nervous system and calm temperament.
- Chamomile has the same relaxing properties for a horse as it does a human, soothing both the nervous and digestive systems. It naturally calms anxious or stressed behaviour by supporting the nervous system.
In competition, one of the most important elements is a level-head. Horses and ponies that find it difficult to concentrate ultimately will not perform as well. Omega ZenCalm is highly palatable and easily added to daily feed regimes, offering a natural solution to over-excited, nervous or fizzy behaviour. Deliveries Within Republic of Ireland - Are delivered Free Of Charge for orders over €80.00. There will be a €5.95 charge for orders under €80.00.
Certain Sale items may not be covered by free delivery. Also feed and other bulky or heavy items will incur a delivery surcharge. Items like whips, shovels, jumps and forks also incur an extra charge due to their size. Our couriers charge an extra fee for such items.
Due to Brexit we can no longer ship to the UK. We still ship to Northern Ireland as normal.
European charges range from €8.95 upwards depending the weight and size of your order.
International Orders - We export all over the world.
When you register on our website or enter your shipping address during the checkout process, your shipping charge will automatically be calculated for your order. As you add items to your shopping cart, delivery charges will be calculated automatically.
Product Out Of Stock - If a product is featured on our website, it does not mean the item is in stock. If any item is out of stock, we may send the items in stock and the balance will be sent at a later date with no extra cost for delivery. Your order will dispatch within 5 days subject to stock availability. Some orders will dispatch the same day based on stock levels. Deliveries in Ireland are normally delivered the next working day after dispatch and orders outside Ireland can take up to 14 working days for delivery. It is at Orchard Equestrians discretion to send back-orders. Just because a product is featured on our website does not mean it is in stock at all times. Sometimes our suppliers can be out of stock of certain products and there can be delays in getting your order dispatched which is out of our control. We are dedicated to the best customer service possible. While we endeavour to keep good stock levels at all times, inevitably from time to time we will be unable to supply a particular item immediately and it can take longer than normal to get to you.

We will ring you when your order is ready for collection. Please don't call to collect your order unless we have contacted you first. Please note that items in stock on the website may not be in stock in the store as some items are Drop Shipped from our suppliers.
Returns - We will give an exchange or refund if goods are returned unused, are not damaged, in their original packaging within 14 days. You must contact us first to authorise a return. We will not accept items returned unless you contact us first. The cost to return the item is payable by the customer and any replacement sent will have our normal delivery charges applied. This does not contravene your consumer rights. All damages or wrong orders must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Returns Form can be downloaded here.
When you shop online with Orchard Equestrian you have the right to a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days where you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to us. You do not have to give any reason but bear in mind you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they left our warehouse. We will not offer refunds after the 14 days have elapsed.
Goods which are made to your specifications or which are clearly personalised cannot be returned.
Items are returned at the customer's own expense and it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage and/or insurance for the items posted, as Orchard Equestrian cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
